• Life and Health Insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients to conduct investment reviews and deepen relationships.
• Deliver investment guidance aligned with goals, risk tolerance, and regulations.
• Own client relationships within the Guidance Center model with clear service expectations.
• Achieve sales and growth goals through incentive programs.
• Manage warm referrals and collaborate with partners on cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop skills for future growth by partnering with Financial Advisors.
