Associated Bank seeks a Virtual Financial Advisor to deepen relationships through investment reviews, tailored financial solutions, and proactive outreach. You’ll engage clients by providing guidance, managing a book of business, and collaborating with Financial Advisors to grow opportunities while meeting regulatory standards and service commitments.

This role emphasizes development, cross-sell opportunities, and a client-first approach in a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of brokerage, investments, or financial services experience.
• Series 7, Series 63/65, or Series 66 licenses.
• Life and Health Insurance licenses.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients to conduct investment reviews and deepen relationships.
• Deliver investment guidance aligned with client goals, risk tolerance, and regulatory standards.
• Own client relationships within the Guidance Center model with clear service expectations.
• Achieve sales and growth goals while participating in incentive programs.
• Manage warm referrals from branch partners and internal teams within service timeframes.
• Collaborate with partners to support cross-sell opportunities and holistic solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Associated Bank investment products, policies, and regulations.
• Partner with Financial Advisors to develop sales, book-management, and relationship skills.

Series 63/65 or Series 66 license
