Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience required.
• Experience in a client service role required.
• Experience in cash handling required.
• General PC knowledge (Windows) and calculator use required.
• Notary License (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service in-person and handle teller transactions.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate when needed.
• Promote banking products and services to clients.
• Balance cash drawer within guidelines and follow procedures.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
