Job summary

VARLEY CLOTHING LIMITED is seeking a Service & Selling Manager to lead the shop floor, elevate the brand experience, and drive selling performance. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer interactions, coaching the team, and maintaining strong clienteling throughout the store.

You will manage daily operations, ensure service ceremony standards, and coach staff to develop product knowledge and confidence in styling. A premium retail environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or service-led retail role.
• Experience in a key-holder position within a premium or omnichannel retail environment preferred.
• Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop floor to deliver Varley’s service ceremony and drive sales performance.
• Coach and develop team members, delivering daily direction and feedback to maintain high service standards.
• Champion clienteling and CRM engagement to build long-term customer relationships and loyalty.
• Oversee store operations, opening/closing, and brand-consistent presentation on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve targets and maintain strong KPI performance.
