Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process.
• Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Refer customers to branch, loan officer, KTC, WIG and other partners as needed.
• Establish close working relationships with business partners to provide financial solutions.
• Help resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
