Job summary

PNC Mortgage seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Eastern PA (Bethlehem, Scranton, Philadelphia including Bucks and Montgomery Counties). You will recommend loan solutions, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.

Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing customer financial information for complex borrowers and ensuring compliance while maintaining a customer-focused, efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• No degree required, but university/college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities for mortgage lending roles as described in the job details.
• Experience with banking products and mortgage origination is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients’ requirements.
• Manages a portfolio of customer relationships and pursues opportunities to retain or develop new clients.
• Develops and prepares loan solutions and reviews documentation for compliance; manages customer pipeline.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collects and analyzes customer financial information for complex borrowers.
