Pyron Group, a Mississippi-based insurance team, seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a portfolio of business clients. You’ll collaborate with clients, Commercial Risk Advisors, and carriers to ensure protection, clarity, and top-tier service throughout the life of insurance programs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Client service, account management, or insurance experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain one with agency support.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for policy servicing and account support.
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and other service requests.
• Support renewal planning and remarketing efforts when appropriate.
• Assist clients with coverage questions, billing concerns, and claims coordination.
• Work closely with Commercial Risk Advisors and carrier partners to provide insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
• Help identify opportunities to strengthen client protection and support account growth.
