Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. You will provide guidance on banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and adapt to a digital-first mindset.

The role requires willingness to work at other nearby locations and compliance with NMLS/SAFE Act registration and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5+ years in retail banking or related experience.
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
• Effective and confident client communication.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Provide best possible counsel on banking needs and educate clients on deposits and loans.
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs and process customer and account information.
• Educate customers on using digital technology and solutions.
