Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or sales, or equivalent demonstrated.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Must be able to complete teller training upon hire.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Legendary customer experience by helping customers and delivering service and advice.
• Understands and supports TD's Customer Service Strategy and provides end-to-end advice.
• Acts as a TD brand ambassador and builds customer relationships with educational content and tools.
• Uses CRM tools to assess customer needs and identify suitable solutions and referrals.
• May perform teller transactions and handle deposits, transfers and withdrawals while following policies.
