Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and accurate teller processing.
• Identify customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable bank products.
• Open and service customer accounts and communicate needs effectively.
• Uncover lending needs and assist with loan applications and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for referrals across bank areas to meet customers’ financial needs.
• Follow bank policies and procedures and protect customer confidentiality.
• Accurately process teller transactions and manage branch duties as assigned.
