• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Comfortable with technology and learning technical concepts.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Experience with project management, operations, customer service, or IT/web coordination.
• Experience in a Digital Marketing, IT, or MSP environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage client IT and web projects from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, vendors, and milestones.
• Serve as the primary communication between clients and project teams.
• Keep project plans, documentation, and status updates current.
• Identify risks, roadblocks, and delays before they become problems.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
• Coordinate Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, web development, SEO, and managed IT projects.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and leadership.
• Create and maintain project documentation, procedures, and checklists.
• Support process improvement initiatives that help ISOCNET deliver projects more efficiently.
