Valley Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Client Care Technician to support residents in residential and housing programs. You will assist the treatment team, encourage recovery goals, and help residents achieve self-sufficiency in a safe and therapeutic environment.
The role involves providing direct care, teaching independent living skills, documenting progress, and following medication procedures as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Client Care Technician provides direct support to individuals residing in residential and housing programs. This Technician assists the multi‑disciplinary treatment team and fosters a safe, stable, and therapeutic environment while helping residents work toward self‑sufficiency, treatment goal achievement, and personal growth.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Licenses/Certificates: CPR certification (post‑hire if needed).
Preferred Qualifications:
Part‑time. PRN | Flexible hours | Some holidays/weekends preferred.
Range starts at $16.25/hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience). Shift Differential: Additional $1/hour when clocked in for 3+ hours between 3pm-11pm.
