Job summary

Amivie, a licensed home care agency in Saint Paul, Minnesota, is seeking a Homecare Client Care Supervisor to coordinate staffing, hire caregivers, and address client and caregiver concerns. This in-person role supports a team with strong organizational skills and a focus on compassionate, compliant service.

You will maintain accurate client and staff records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and provide excellent customer service while working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, homecare, or scheduling preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws.
• Proficiency in another language is a plus.

Amivie, a licensed home care agency and one of the largest PCA agencies in Minnesota, is looking for a Homecare Client Care Supervisor to join our team! Headquartered in St. Paul, we employ 900 caregivers and Nurses who serve 1300 clients throughout the greater Metro Area.

As a Client Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that clients receive the care they need by coordinating staffing, hiring caregivers, and addressing any client or caregiver concerns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a team player, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively with the support of our office team.
