Amivie, a licensed home care agency headquartered in Bloomington, Minnesota, seeks a Homecare Client Care Supervisor to coordinate staffing, hire caregivers, and address client and caregiver concerns.

This in-person role is Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, offering a collaborative office environment and opportunities to impact client care and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, homecare, or scheduling preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws.
• Proficiency in another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet client needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, case managers, and caregivers.
• Hire and onboard new caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clients and staff records.
• Address and resolve client and caregiver concerns in a professional manner.

• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Overview

Amivie, a licensed home care agency and one of the largest PCA agencies in Minnesota, is looking for a Homecare Client Care Supervisor to join our team! Headquartered in Bloomington, we employ 900 caregivers and Nurses who serve 1300 clients throughout the greater Metro Area.

As a Client Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that clients receive the care they need by coordinating staffing, hiring caregivers, and addressing any client or caregiver concerns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a team player, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively with the support of our office team.

Responsibilities
