Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage intake and demographics.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Schedule evaluations and follow-up visits with clinical team.

• Answer phones/emails/faxes and maintain patient records.
• Support daily clinic operations and maintain a professional environment.
