Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Great communicator and multitasker, detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, integrity and empathetic toward people that are in pain.
• H.S. graduate or GED certificate.
• Up-to-date DL and a dependable vehicle.
• Excellent at handling details, communicating and multitasking.
• Great demeanor, strong integrity and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient scheduling and multi-line phone communications.
• Gather new patient data and track referrals.
• Disseminate information to patients and coordinate with physicians.
• Process payments and verify insurance.
• Manage mail and distribute to appropriate areas.
• Send benefits paperwork to billing companies.
• Coordinate evaluations, re-evaluations, and reminders.
• Answer phones and serve as patient liaison.
• Fax reports to physicians and log incoming reports.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect copayments.
