Job summary

Freedom Caregivers in Canton, OH is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Client Care Specialist (CCS) to support clients and mentor caregivers in the field. What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is dependable, professional, and passionate about helping others.

• Experience as an HHA or STNA
• Flexible availability between 8 AM – 6 PM Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
• Ability to adapt quickly and build strong relationships with clients and caregivers
