Qualifications

• Provide excellent experience for customers who call with questions or service inquiries.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and calmly handle multiple customers at one time.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Available 40+ hours, some Saturdays may be required.
• Self-motivated and strong team player.
• Strong computer skills are essential.
