Responsibilities

• Review loan files to identify outstanding conditions.
• Reach out to borrowers to collect, follow up on, and track documents needed to keep files moving.
• Clear conditions and partner with processors, underwriters, and loan officers to push files toward closing.
• Enter and verify information in our loan origination system, keeping every file accurate and up to date.
• Learn the basics of the mortgage process, underwriting requirements, and borrower communication.
• Build organization, follow-up habits, and product knowledge that separate top operators from everyone else.
