Perfect Pet Resort in Kentucky is seeking a client care & reservation specialist who welcomes and serves our furry clients and their families with warmth and professionalism.

You’ll design perfect pet vacations, tailor services to each pet’s needs, and nurture relationships with hundreds of clients to encourage return visits and advocacy. This role requires enthusiastic communication, reliable computer skills, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Perhaps most importantly, you’ll nurture and deepen relationships with hundreds of current clients, encouraging them to return and advocate on our behalf.
