Job summary

Green Beagle Lodge is seeking a Full-Time Client Care Representative to join our team in a fast-paced, pet‑centric environment. You will welcome clients and their dogs, schedule reservations, and manage client records while delivering outstanding service across in-person, phone, and email interactions.

The role requires excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask with dogs of varying sizes.

Responsibilities

  • Handle behaviorally challenged dogs to support successful check-in and check-out experiences.

Job description

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to meet the needs of the business. Candidates should be available to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly, professional attitude.

Ideal candidates bring a genuine passion for animals, a positive attitude, and a commitment to creating an exceptional experience for every client. The work is fast-paced and requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to multitask while interacting with dogs ranging from 5 to 150 pounds.

The pay range for this role is:
