Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a Part-time Client Care Technician/ Specialist in Maryville, IL. This role provides recovery-focused, trauma-informed support on the Men’s Residential Unit Fridays and Saturdays 7:00am–3:30pm, with potential for shift pay differential.
You will guide clients on their recovery journeys, assist with admissions, transportation, safety checks, and daily activities in collaboration with the clinical team, while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

This part-time position will work Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00am to 3:30pm on the Men’s Residential Unit.
Position can be filled as a Client Care or Recovery Support Technician/ Specialist and is based in Maryville, IL. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are eligible for a shift pay differential.

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
