HomeWell Care Services – Augusta is seeking a Client Care Manager for our Augusta-area non-medical home care team. You will oversee the client experience from inquiry to discharge, coordinate personalized care plans, supervise caregivers, and support scheduling while maintaining compliance.

The role emphasizes client acquisition multipliers, strengthening referral relationships, and retention through dependable service and proactive communication with clients and families.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in non-medical home care services.
• Experience in client acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
• Experience in business development, community outreach, and marketing, including referral relationships.
• Experience in home care compliance, including documentation and care plans.
• Experience in caregiver scheduling, matching, and continuity of service.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to use scheduling software, email, and standard office apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage client intake and assessments; respond to inquiries, qualify service needs, document admissions, and start services.
• Develop and maintain personalized care plans with client preferences and routines; coordinate reassessments and reviews.
• Lead caregiver supervision; introduce staff, ensure understanding of care plans, coach, and address performance concerns.
• Coordinate scheduling and coverage; match caregivers, maintain schedules, handle call-outs, and monitor hours.
