Job summary

Benevolent Hearts Home Care in Bedford, TX seeks an experienced Client Care Manager to oversee client care, support caregivers, and ensure exceptional service for seniors and families. This is a hands-on leadership role combining field visits, admissions, care planning and caregiver support.

You'll spend time in the community meeting clients, conducting supervisory visits, completing assessments, and helping the team deliver outstanding care, not a sit-behind-a-desk position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare supervisory or management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the Tarrant County area.
• CNA, LVN, or prior home care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete client assessments and admissions.
• Develop and update individualized service plans.
• Conduct supervisory and quality assurance visits.
• Support, coach, and mentor caregivers.
• Build relationships with clients and families.
• Assist with problem-solving and service coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
