Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a Client Care Coordinator / Trainer to lead caregiver training, coordinate client introductions, and ensure high-quality home care services. The role supports a licensed, independently owned and operated national agency

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred.
• CNA with minimum of Associates Degree required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client introductions and train caregiver teams.
• Coordinate training schedule with the Operations Manager.
• Assist with covering shifts and filling shifts as needed.
• Identify key training needs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide exemplary customer service and act as liaison with clients and families.
