Qualifications

• Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License.
• Reliable and consistent transportation.
• Current proof of auto insurance.
• HHA or STNA certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Physically able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, families, and caregivers.
• Cover open client shifts when needed to ensure continuity of care.
• Train and mentor new caregivers in clients’ homes.
• Communicate caregiver updates and performance to leadership.
• Uphold agency standards, policies, and professionalism.
