Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Client Care Coordinator to join our team at Homes for the Homeless (HFH). The role is based at our Families w/ Children facility in Williamsbridge, Bronx. You will provide mental health and related services to homeless families, conduct thorough assessments, collaborate with case management staff, and establish community linkages to support family success. Join us in making a meaningful impact in the community.
HFH operates shelters for families experiencing homelessness in NYC. Our residences offer onsite programs to help families thrive long after they leave our shelters.
