Job summary

One You Love Homecare provides compassionate, non-medical home care to help older adults live safely and independently at home. As a caregiver, you will offer companionship, assist with daily living activities, and support mobility while maintaining dignity and privacy.

Position offers flexible scheduling, orientation and training, and opportunities to grow with a dedicated franchise network. Compensation is per hour, with a focus on reliable, compassionate service to clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus.
• State certification/license may be required where applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plans.
• Provide transportation for appointments/activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.

Job Summary
