Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Tyler, Texas is seeking a detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to be the main point of contact for families and care teams. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday during daytime business hours to ensure smooth, supportive experiences for clients and clinicians.

You will organize scheduling, assign duties based on clinician skills, handle calls, and collaborate with clinical staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service, scheduling, or client-facing administrative role preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with office technology (Microsoft Suite, etc.).

Responsibilities
