Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to serve as the main contact for families and clinicians. You will schedule, coordinate duties and manage calls to ensure smooth care delivery.

The role demands strong communication, organization, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced, on-site environment. You will collaborate with clinical staff to maintain high-quality care, build professional relationships, and document interactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, scheduling, or client-facing administrative roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with office technology (Microsoft Suite, etc.)

As a Client Care Coordinator, you’ll be a key connection point between families and care teams, helping ensure a smooth, supportive experience for both clients and clinicians.
