Job Type: Full-time; 100% in-office at our Northgate (Seattle) headquarters; hiring multiple candidates as our company grows!

Salary: $21.00 per hour

We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers across the Pacific Northwest. Since 2011, we have added over 2,000 providers across 16 locations, and we are continuing to grow!

About The Role

This role, internally called "Client Support Specialist," is the first point of contact for new client intakes and appointment scheduling. The specialist helps match new clients with suitable providers, educates clients about insurance, payments, and policies, and builds positive relationships over the phone. No prior medical or insurance experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and welcoming phone experience for new clients seeking mental health care.
  • Match clients with appropriate mental health providers.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Enter client data accurately and attentively.
  • Achieve personal and team goals.
  • Handle emotionally challenging calls and refer crisis clients to appropriate resources.
  • Educate clients on insurance, authorizations, provider policies, and payments.
