DM Injury Law, LLC in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support clients through the medical treatment process and connect clients with medical providers and the firm's legal team.

Reporting to the Director of Community and Medical Relationships, this role helps ensure clients receive timely support while contributing to the firm's medical coordination, provider relationship, and treatment verification efforts.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required or preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and case management systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe InDesign is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Client Medical Coordination and treatment verification support.
• Maintain and track medical records and provide case support.
• Develop and maintain medical provider relations.
• Provide training and resource development for provider partners.
• Coordinate reporting and administrative tasks across internal systems and platforms.
• Represent the firm at provider meetings, site visits and conferences.
