Job summary

Almost Family, LLC in Bend, OR is seeking a dedicated Client Care Coordinator to join our in-office team, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. You will be the primary contact for clients, facilitating communication and coordinating care with compassion.

Responsibilities include acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams, scheduling and delivering care services, maintaining accurate records, addressing inquiries promptly, and collaborating with care providers and management to ensure client

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in senior care or related field.
• Ability to travel in Central Oregon, including winter road conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping systems.
• Compassionate, client-focused approach.
• Previous experience in client coordination or care role preferred.
