Job summary
CAMBA is seeking a full-time Client Care Coordinator in New York City. The ideal candidate will assist clients in intake processes, prepare biopsychosocial evaluations, and create Individual Living Plans. A Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) is required within one year of hire.

Qualifications
- Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) required within one year of hire.
- Two years of relevant experience, preferably in family shelter settings.
- Must obtain State Central Registry clearance and criminal history check.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in completing intake applications and screenings.
- Conduct initial risk assessment of clients and families.
- Prepare initial biopsychosocial evaluation and update it.
- Provide instant-response services for immediate client needs.
- Assist in preparing an Independent Living Plan (ILP) for clients.
