Job summary

Landor’s Chicago studio seeks a Business Director to lead client relationships and drive brand-led transformation. You will become the client expert, aligning business needs with Landor’s capabilities and ensuring projects deliver value.

In a hybrid setup, you’ll collaborate with Strategy, Design, Naming, Research, and Brand Engagement to deliver outstanding outcomes that connect brand work to business results.

• Strong project management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Experience leading client projects within a brand/design agency.
• Excellent communication with clients at all levels.
• Solutions-driven outlook with curiosity and an innovative mind.
• Strategic and intellectual agility to connect dots and recommend next steps.

Responsibilities

• Lead key client relationships on one or more client brands.
• Become an expert on your client’s organisation and brand, spotting opportunities and aligning business needs with Landor’s capabilities.
• Deliver client services excellence and client satisfaction across all clients and their brands.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Design, Naming, Research and Brand Engagement teams.
• Steer a team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on scope.
