Job summary

CLA is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator in Orlando to champion client billing and practice management across services. You will collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams, process invoices, and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure accurate lakes of work are billed.

Ideal candidates have strong billing experience, proficiency in Workday/PSA software, and solid MS Office skills. This role supports CLA’s commitment to accurate, timely billing and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champions client billing and practice management across services.
• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams on billing expectations.
• Process and monitor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies and maintain accurate billing records.
• Assist with revenue cycle management and AR posting.
• Provide regular reporting on billing activities and trends.
