EPIC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary resource for clients, handling benefits consulting needs, data analysis, and renewal support in a hybrid Concord, CA environment. You will negotiate with carriers, prepare proposals, support new business development, and maintain accurate records while staying current on industry trends and regulatory changes.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in a benefits account management role are preferred, with California licensing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related experience.
• Five+ years as an Account Manager in benefits consulting or brokerage.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary expert resource and first contact for clients.
• Analyze client data for new and renewal business.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for prospects and clients.
• Negotiate premium and commissions with carriers.
• Support marketing and new business development.
