Qualifications

• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service banking.
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
• Develop deep conversations with clients to understand financial goals and connect to solutions.
• Ensure compliance with laws and bank policies in daily activities.
• Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs and drive the client experience.
• Manage bank center traffic, appointments, and outreach to clients.
