Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a Customer Service Teller who will engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service options, and process cash transactions with accuracy and care.

You will build relationships to meet clients' financial needs, identify suitable lending and investment solutions, and uphold risk culture and regulatory standards while delivering an exceptional client experience. Weekend availability may be required.

• Six months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources
• Accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients
• Having deep conversations with clients to connect them to solutions that meet their financial goals
• Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence
• Builds relationships with clients to meet their financial needs
• Follows established processes and guidelines to adhere to all laws and regulations
• Grows business knowledge by partnering with experts in lending and investments
• Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
• Drives the client experience
