Qualifications

• Strong client-focused approach with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to provide financial center solutions and strategies to clients.
• Educate and train clients on self-service transactions.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and ensure operational excellence.
• Follow processes and regulatory guidelines in day-to-day activities (opening accounts, maintenance, Digital Assisted Shopping).
• Manage client interactions and determine best actions for the bank and clients.
