Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of client-facing service or sales experience.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition, retention, and relationship growth at the bank location.
• Engage clients through walk-in opportunities, lead management, and outbound outreach.
• Explain TD products and services, including mortgage options, using clear language.
• Document interactions accurately and balance client needs with risk and compliance.
• Provide ongoing guidance and education to simplify banking and improve financial wellness.

Education

High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship building environment

Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred

Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills in client interactions

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar workplace technologies

Ability to obtain and maintain active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required for the role

Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred
