Qualifications

• 3–4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3–4 years sales and service experience with prior success in achieving sales and service goals in retail.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• May obtain notary authorization.
• Strong bank product knowledge and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run teller drawer as required by management.
• Support client engagement through calls, conversations, and follow up.
• Meet sales, service and referral goals through collaboration with teams.
• Provide digital assistance for online banking and self-service.
