Your role

Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people? We’re looking for a Senior Registered Client Associate to:

1. Keep management systems up-to-date with client information
2. Educate clients on account services and capabilities
3. Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
4. Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
5. Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
6. Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Your team

You’ll be working with a Private Wealth Management team in the New York City office. As a Senior Registered Client Associate, you will play an important role in working with a professional and highly respected team. The total compensation package includes additional compensation commensurate with experience.

Your expertise

1. Series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only)
2. Ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
3. Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
4. Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
