Job summary

UBS is seeking individuals transitioning from US Armed Services to participate in our SkillBridge training program as Registered Client Associate in New York City, supporting a Financial Advisor team and servicing clients.

You will work in a dynamic environment, learn UBS processes, and contribute to client meetings and account services while developing core finance and advisory skills.

Qualifications

• SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• 2–3 years of client service experience in finance.
• Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on finance.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented; precision matters in client handling.

Responsibilities

• Keep management systems up-to-date with client information.
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities.
• Prepare reports and materials for client meetings.
• Collect documentation for opening new accounts and service requests.
• Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials.
• Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities.

The team

You’ll be working in New York City with a Financial Advisor team in a support staff capacity. As a Registered Client Associate, you’ll play an important role in servicing clients and supporting the business.

Your Skills And Experience

• SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses
• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on finance
• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
