Job summary

UBS in New York City is seeking a Registered Client Associate for its SkillBridge program, supporting a Financial Advisor team in a busy, client-facing capacity. This role targets transitioning US Armed Services members approved for DOD SkillBridge.

You’ll contribute to client service, account support, and meeting preparation while developing licensed financial skills. The position emphasizes compliance, teamwork, and ongoing training within the UBS global wealth-management framework.

Qualifications

• SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses are required.
• Experience in client service within the finance sector is preferred.
• Bachelor degree in finance or related field is preferred.
• Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented; nothing gets past you; proficient with MS Office.

The team

You’ll be working in New York City with a Financial Advisor team in a support staff capacity. As a Registered Client Associate, you’ll play an important role in servicing clients and supporting the business.

Your Skills And Experience

• SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses
• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on finance
• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
