With our resources, CDB offers financing for projects of any size and complexity, including construction financing, bridge loans, acquisition loans, letters of credit to support bond transactions, direct bond purchases, and long-term permanent financing for Low Income Housing Tax Credit developments and workforce housing. CDB's clients include for-profit and not-for-profit developers, government entities engaged in housing and economic development, and community-based organizations.
As a Community Development Banking Associate within our Commercial Real Estate team, your initial responsibility will be to provide support and assistance in the underwriting and approval process for acquisition, construction, and/or permanent loans sourced by originations colleagues. You will report to a CDRE Banker, but will support members of the originations and risk teams.
This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMorganChase’s review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.
