Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a Client Associate for our Long Beach location to support in-store sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will build relationships with clients, drive repeat business, and maintain knowledge of seasonal apparel to advise customers effectively.

The role requires flexibility for non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings, in a retail store environment. 2nd & PCH store responsibilities include teamwork and consistent store upkeep.

• Minimum 1-year experience in a client services related capacity.
