Job summary

UBS is seeking a service‑oriented associate to join the Private Wealth Management team in Boston. You’ll keep client information systems up-to-date, educate clients on account services, and help prepare reports and materials for client meetings.

The role requires Series 7 and 66 licenses within 6 months, 0–2 years finance client service experience, a finance‑focused bachelor’s degree, strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses to be obtained 6 months into role
• Ideally 0-2 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on finance
• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

• United States - Massachusetts - Boston min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
