Client and Community Engagement Coordinator serves IRC Arizona’s Phoenix and Tucson offices with a primary focus on coordinating client‑facing outreach and engagement activities. This role is centered on planning, organizing, and supporting food distributions, client information sessions, and community‑based events that directly support client access to services. The Coordinator works closely with case coordination teams to ensure outreach activities are aligned with program needs, client priorities, and service delivery timelines. The position strengthens connections between clients, programs, and community partners while ensuring activities are well‑coordinated, accessible, and responsive to client needs. In addition to direct outreach coordination, the role supports broader client engagement, feedback, and community partnership efforts in collaboration with the Community Engagement and Advocacy Senior Manager and Deputy Director of Programs.
Undergraduate degree preferred in a relevant field of study.
