Responsibilities

• Pursue AI-assisted analytics and automate reporting to improve quality.
• Create customized client reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze program results and link to client strategy and performance.
• Collaborate with Client Relations and other teams on data-driven recommendations.
